Bloop Data Deletion
What deletion removes
Deletion permanently removes the anonymous Bloop player identity, installation and session credential records, game sessions, scores, public leaderboard entry, and rewarded-ad Server-Side Verification challenge and transaction records linked to that anonymous player.
Delete data in the Android app
- Open Bloop.
- Open the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Ajustes, then Eliminar mis datos.
- Read the permanent-deletion notice and confirm.
Bloop verifies the current anonymous session before deleting data. Local WebView credentials are removed only after the server confirms deletion. The app then returns to a clean state; playing again later creates a new anonymous identity.
After deletion and retention
The deletion flow performs hard deletion of the listed operational records. Bloop does not retain an actor-linked fraud, security, or advertising-transaction record after this deletion. General infrastructure providers may retain their own transient operational logs under their policies; Bloop does not control those systems.
Request deletion from the web
If you no longer have access to the Bloop app, you can request deletion of your Bloop data by emailing support@denlabs.app and stating that you want your Bloop data deleted.
Because Bloop uses anonymous player identities, we may ask for limited information needed to verify the request and identify the correct anonymous player data. This is used only to avoid deleting another user's data. Do not send unnecessary personal information. We can delete data only if we can reliably match it to your request.
